The service

Bothaven lets you build and publish a chatbot using instructions and files you provide. You are responsible for having the rights to use that content and for what you choose to publish.

Private drafts and fair use

You may create a private draft and use up to 30 test messages without payment. Draft bots do not receive a public URL. Paid plans include one published bot, up to five knowledge files (20 MB each / 100 MB total), Web Search, and normal individual or small-organization chatbot use. Web Search includes up to 250 searches per calendar month per bot. Normal text chat is generous fair use; unusual, automated, abusive, or commercially high-volume use may be limited. We will not quietly bill overages.

Acceptable use

Do not use Bothaven to break the law, harm people, impersonate others, distribute malware, or process highly sensitive personal data. You must not offer medical, legal, financial, or crisis advice as a substitute for a qualified professional.

AI output

AI can be wrong. You are responsible for reviewing your bot’s instructions, using appropriate human escalation, and deciding whether its output is suitable for your audience.

Billing and cancellation

Subscriptions are available at $59/year or $8/month and renew until cancelled. You may cancel before renewal; access continues through the paid period. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law.

Privacy

We process account details, uploaded files, and chat messages to operate the service. Do not upload confidential information unless you are authorized to do so. A full privacy policy should be added before public launch.
